Food control and QuickBooks bookkeeping for food groups

01

Maintain both sides of the record

We maintain your recipe and supplier-cost records and handle the bookkeeping in your QuickBooks account.

  • Food control: enter and maintain recipes and ingredient costs, review costing exceptions and bring operators clear next actions.
  • Bookkeeping: record supplier bills and expenses, reconcile sales and bank/card transactions, and maintain monthly books and financial reports.
  • Follow through on missing documents and exceptions so a supplier invoice is considered in both its food-cost and financial context.

02

One legal entity can still have several locations

The software includes up to five locations. The bookkeeping price covers one company or legal entity, not five separate sets of company books. You pay your QuickBooks subscription separately. Tax filing is excluded.

  • We agree the legal entity, record volume, accounts, sales sources and access before the trial starts.
  • Your team provides complete records, explains unusual transactions and approves business decisions.
  • Our team works in your existing QuickBooks account.

03

Start with a clear handover

Tell us how your sites trade, where sales are recorded and who handles supplier invoices. We agree responsibilities and the trial start date before creating the workspace, then set up the agreed records during the 30-day trial.

  • Existing recipes and selling prices can arrive as spreadsheets, PDFs, photos or scans.
  • For bookkeeping, agree the QuickBooks access and financial records needed for the scope.
  • At the end, decide whether to continue. No card or automatic charge is required for the trial.
